Making A Purchase To make a booking for tickets or our workshops, browse our website, and add any items that you wish to book/apply into the cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order/booking.
We will e-mail or post your ticket to you as soon as possible.

Shipping And Handling Theatre tickets are not posted to you - please print off the receipt after you have paid for your tickets.
If you do not receive your tickets via e-mail please contact us and we will resend.

Returns Policy Once a theatre ticket has been booked and paid for it cannot be returned or refunded.
Please ensure you enter the correct information when booking tickets.
We will of course do all we can to correct any errors made when placing the booking - however this can only be done up to 24 hours prior to the performance time.

Remittance Terms All theatre tickets should be paid for at the time of booking. If you prefer not to use your credit/debit card using the Paypal service please forward payment either via on-line banking ot a cheque to be sent to our office.
