The Co-Opera Co. 2009 Summer School will be a truly exciting learning experience. Co-Opera Co. has brought together some of the Opera World’s top professionals to share and pass on their knowledge, passion and experience to you.
The Finale of the 3 week course will be a week of performances of two fully staged operas, with orchestra, at a London venue to which agents, directors, conductors, casting directors, the press and opera companies will be invited.
We are inviting applicants to attend either as soloists, chorus, assistant directors/conductors or répétiteurs. Soloist places will be limited to approximately 18. Soloist applicants who are not cast will be offered a place in the chorus and will pay only £750.00. Understudies will be chosen from the chorus. As a member of the chorus you will have access to all Summer School workshops.
